Kriega Australia Customer Service Shipping prices are quoted at checkout, we use Australia Post E-Parcel to calculate the precise cost of shipping out your goods. Should there be a descrepency with the shipping cost we will do our best to correct this and will contact you prior to shipping your goods. Goods are only sent once full payment is received and cleared.
Returns & Replacements
If you purchase from us, we provide a free 14 day satisfaction guarantee. Once you receive your goods if you are not satisfied with them for any reason please contact us to arrange to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and must be received in original condition.
10 Year Guarantee
All Kriega luggage products and accessories are covered by a 10 guarantee against material and production faults. Goods that have faulty workmanship or materials will be repaired or replaced. This guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim please contact us to arrange to return the goods to us, or return it to your place of purchase. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and must be accompanied by proof of purchase. If you are unsure please contact us – we are happy to help and might be able to fix the problem over the phone.
