Shipping & Delivery
We use Australia Post for deliveries to residential addresses. Flat rate shipping will be added to your order at the cart. Goods are only sent once full payment is received and cleared.
Returns & Replacements
If you purchase from us, we provide a free 14 day satisfaction guarantee. Once you receive your goods if you are not satisfied with them for any reason please contact us to arrange to return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Goods are to be returned at the customers expense and must be received in original condition.

After ordering, you may login to your account on our website and view previous orders, current order status and also view invoices.
Updating Account Information
You may update your account information at any time in the My Account section of our website.
KRIEGA 10 YEAR GUARANTEE – FAQ’S
- When is the guarantee valid from?
The guarantee is valid from the original date of purchase.
- Who is covered?
The original purchaser/owner of the product. As Australia’s Kriega distributor, Bike Soup will only cover Kriega products purchased in Australia.
- What does the guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers defects in material and/or construction to include seams, seam tape, zips, stitching and construction materials.
- What is not covered by the guarantee?
The guarantee does not cover damage due to (fair) wear and tear, crash damage, accidental damage, rips, tears, abrasion, chemical or fuel damage, UV degradation, misuse or neglect.
- What is considered as (fair) wear and tear?
(Fair) wear and tear refers to the reasonable and practical expected life span of the product in use. If something is extensively used it may naturally wear out and that may happen before the end of the guarantee period.
- How to claim on the Kriega 10-Year Guarantee
Kriega products are constructed using only the best materials and processes available and problems are very rare, but if you do have any issues, in the first instance please contact the authorised reseller where you purchased the product from.
Where this is not possible Kriega are happy to assist with a guarantee claim.
To contact us about a guarantee either e-mail info@kriega.com.au with a picture and description of the problem and confirm when and where your Kriega product was purchased.

Return postage costs will not be covered so please do contact us before sending any products back. Sometimes we can fix the problem before you spend money on return postage.
A proof of purchase will always be required.
Kriega reserves the right to repair or replace products at their discretion in line with the policies of the Kriega 10-Year Guarantee.
In the case of a replacement a direct “like for like” model will be offered or an equivalent model if the original is no longer in production/available. No cash alternative is available.
All internal production tags must be in tact and unaltered.
The Kriega 10-Year Guarantee is valid from the date of purchase and covers the original owner against defects in material and /or workmanship and is limited to repair or replacement of the product, not consequential damage or associated costs.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
